Effect of Organic and Inorganic Nitrogen Management and Planting Technique on Yield of Maize

The experiment was set up at the Dr. Khem Singh Gill Akal College of Agriculture's experimental farm chhapang Eternal University in Baru Sahib during 2019–20 to assess impact organic and inorganic nitrogen management planting technique on maize yield. designed as a split plot with total three replications each two main treatments, Flat bed Raised bed, five sub 100% IO, FYM, 50% IO + 75% 25% FYM. observations were made 25, 50, 75 days following sowing. According results, treatment T3 (50% FYM) produced highest levels cobs per plant, cob diameter, number grains cob, weight length, test weight, index harvest, yield grain, straw Therefore, combining inputs raised beds led high performance. For sustainable development, mixture FYM might be advised.
